Welcome to the Anusara Yoga Immersion Cycle. If you have had a hit of the Anusara Method (30 hours of Anusara study recommended) and wish to go deeper in your understanding of this comprehensive and inspiring hatha yoga system, entering the Immersion Cycle will open you to new insights into your own practice. The Immersion is a unique opportunity to deepen your yoga practice without having to enter a teacher training. At the same time, this exploration of Anusara Yoga is further broken down into three complete parts so you can choose to go one step at a time.

If you decide you wish to become a teacher, the Immersion Cycle gives you the depth of understanding to enter the Anusara Teacher Training. With the new Anusara Teacher Training Guidelines, it is likely that you will need to pass an exam to enter the Teacher Training. The Immersion Cycle will thoroughly prepare you for this.

Relationship is the capstone of yoga. Many of the scriptures of the Indian tradition occur as a dialogue between student and teacher or even between the masculine and feminine aspects of the Divine.

The continuity of that relationship is an integral and important part of the spirit of learning. We designed this Immersion Cycle to also serve as a complete course. In addition to classroom hours towards fulfilling Teacher Training requirements, you will receive ongoing mentorship as your understanding evolves. You will practice in a supportive, safe and transformative environment.

Should you decide to move towards teacher training and then Anusara Certification, we will continue to mentor you in your process.
