Welcome
to the Anusara Yoga Immersion Cycle. If you have studied
Anusara yoga (30 hours of Anusara study recommended) and
wish to go deeper in your understanding of this comprehensive
and inspiring hatha yoga system, entering the Immersion
Cycle opens you to new insights into your own practice.
The Immersion is a basic and introductory course in the
fundamental principles of Anusara yoga's Shiva-Shakti Tantric
philosophy, asana alignment and practice.
The
Immersion is a unique opportunity to deepen your yoga practice
without having to enter a teacher training. At the same
time, this exploration of Anusara Yoga is further broken
down into three complete parts so that you can choose to
go one step at a time.
If you
decide you wish to become a teacher, the Immersion Cycle
(at least 100 Immersion hours) gives you the depth of understanding
to enter the Anusara Teacher Training. The Immersion Cycle
will thoroughly prepare you for this.
In addition
to classroom hours towards fulfilling Teacher Training requirements,
you receive ongoing mentorship as your understanding evolves.
You practice in a supportive, safe and transformative environment.
