In this mixed-level Intensive we study, practice, and begin
to assimilate the Universal Principles of Alignment. We
also frame the practice of Anusara yoga within the context
of its philosophy of intrinsic Goodness. Learn how imaging
and themes interwoven into the practice radically transform
our experience.

The Three A’s of Anusara Yoga:
Attitude, Alignment and Action
In this
dynamic session we experience first principle and see how
all of the other principles flow out of this guiding principle.

Focus: Open to something bigger; set the foundation
Asana focus: Standing Poses and Backbends
Session 2:
Spanda:
Accessing Universal Pulsation in our own bodies
We focus on the contrary yet complementary relationship
of the principles as a means for accessing our essential
nature. Secondary benefits keep us safe in the asanas while
allowing us to radically deepen our practice.
